Remember that even the original film was already a remake of the legendary 'Seven Samurai' by Akira Kurosawa. The Japanese film has had a great influence on the world of cinema and that has been seen even in animation with films like 'Bug's Life, a miniature adventure' Pixar, which is a free interpretation of Kurosawa film. You may have spent enough to make a revisionado of the story told by John Sturges in 1960 with Yul Brynner and Steve McQueen time as headliners.
