Taking a personal loan for wedding is good thing?

Think of what your return might be, how much the guests will give you as wedding gifts. I would advise against it though, just wait untill you raise the money and then go for it.

In general I don't like any credits. If you are talking about small loan for example in $800, I think you can take it without any problems.
