Source code hiding?

Hi,
Before you explode right down on me, yes, I know that source code cannot be hidden.
The question here is if you can secure your code through some server (not the main page itself) and then emulating it so that it will not show the ' real source code'. (Making it hidden in a way.) Any insight on how this happens? How to secure source code?

You can use some Protect plugin of wordpress if you are using wordpress . Very powerful
