Hmm the second URL you posted doesn't seem to load at all, hostwinds has been around for a while to my knowledge.
A big part about getting a server is knowing your needs and audience, so you'll want to make sure when you get a server it's where you want it, close to your audience or has really good connectivity. I'd make each of them give you test IP's to check connectivity to your part of the world.

Pretty good dedicated servers offered by sivehost.com professionals. Their interface for website and email maintenance is superb! It's so easy to manage all of our sites through them! They have been GREAT!
