Selling on Etsy

My wife has recently started a new store on Etsy. LINK HERE

Is there anything you could suggest to help draw in customers, we've followed the suggestions on the site as best we can, but we are still not seeing much traffic. I'm not to familiar with how Etsy works but since I'm the one in the family who works online I've been tasked with running the store. We've looked at advertising on the site, but we are not interested in spending money until we have at least seen some return first. Do any of you have any suggestions?
 
Most people are by nature disorganized and unable to keep records. Learn to keep records of all your online purchases. This will help you keep track of your spending and shopping.
