Will it be released at the same time all over the world with the same price or would the price different for every country.

I actually got a Samsung Galaxy S4 2 days ago. The price is actually $350 for the contract here in the US, but it may be different throughout the world. I haven't used the phone yet since I'm picking it up next week, but I'm really looking forward to using it. I have never used an Android before, so this would be my first experience.
