suppose i have update some low rank website in disavow tools. after update link how to know that link google can not index.

After submitted the website in Google Disavow, Google will index that link but will not considered as your backlink.

Google disavow backlink tool does not mean that now the link will be deindexed from Google, it simply means while counting votes or links from other website to rank your website those links will not be considered which you have added in the disavow backlink list.
