Quantum decryptions

How long do you think it will take for the NSA to come up with a way of decrypting files that were encrypted using quantum cryptography? Apparently they are already doing research into it so they can't be too far away from having some type of mega super computer doing what we thought was impossible.
 
Think I've heard 20-40 years quoted but not sure. It's pretty scary the power quantum will bring. What are your thoughts on it? Heard anything interesting that it will help us with?
 
I doubt we will know the real truth until another snowden leaks it out but some experts say it will take 20 years. I don't think it will take that long and China has already set up a group with unlimited funds to build the technology capable of cracking quantum encryptions.
