Hi....I found a article by Google authority on Press release activity. In that article he said that we have to not put any do follow url or anchor link. Now I want to ask doing press release activity is beneficial or not. If I am wrong then do correct me. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Without backlinks press release will not be more beneficial, you need to include a link either do-follow or no-follow based on the website t&c.
