I'm new to pond maintenance and need some advice on pond pumps. I have a small backyard pond, about 500 gallons, and I’m trying to figure out what type of pump I need. Should I go for a submersible or an external pump? How do I know what flow rate is suitable for my pond size?
I’d also like to add a waterfall feature – does that require a stronger pump? Any recommendations for reliable brands would be great too! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and tips.
