Sadly the outlook does not look good. According to a recent study, Carbon pollution is causing the disintegration of Antarctic ice sheets. In other words, sea level rising is the eventual result of carbon pollution and by 2100, if nothing is done to slow down the ice sheets, cities like Miami, Boston, New York, or New Orleans might not have a chance to survive by the end of the century.
