Plugin to clone a sidebar?

In the widgets section you have various sidebars and even a custom made sidebar. Is it possible to clone this sidebar and modify it afterwards? I have found a plugin to clone widgets but not a sidebar. :confused:
 
Cloning a Sidebar is easier - all you need to do is to copy paste the sidebar.php on your themes folder. But the problem arises when you start tweaking codes to include this sidebar on your theme. The issues happen because all of the Layout CSS needs to be redone and due to this complicacy there are no plugins to clone sidebars.
