Plesk Hosting problem

Hello everyone!


I uploaded my website through FTP tool within Adobe Muse, I put
all my details correctly like username and password and the FTP address.
I'm getting the message "the folder httpsdoc/ does not appear to appoint
to my site that I'm building." ( FTP validation).

And beside that when I want to upload to the FTP host (from Muse) I get all kind of wrong messages about site URL and the folder on the server.

Strange enough on the Plesh hosting file manager I can view all of my individual webfiles under the root directory httpsdoc/ but when I want to
view them I got the message " you are the owner of the site and you
have not uploaded your website ?*

Please can someone explain me what necessary steps I have to take to solve the issue.

Think that you need to contact your web host's customer support. They have to solve the trouble you're experiencing.

Personally I'm so glad to deal with Swissns.ch web host. They use Plesk Panel on their shared hosting plans.
