It's Clear Net, and is about professional cleaning products and services.
I made it responsive, and I changed the main layout.

Good job! I like the color, font is good and I like how the background integrates the entire web page.
However, the footer does not translate to English when you click the England flag. The page title neither.
I think if sidebar was wrapped with a darker blue to stay apart, it would be cool. Test it.
And, the site has no margin, nor padding in mobile view. You can add some space between the screen border and the site content.
