It started with a young boy, Phillip Guardion who came on a visit to New York and couldn’t go back after experiencing the zeal of the people there. He decided to start an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn, and ever since Piccola Cucina has been known to serve these people mouth-watering Italian delicacies and seasonal cocktails. It is one of the best Restaurants in Soho, New York.
