At Last Penguin 2.0 (Web spam Algorithm ) Has been Rolled Out, According to Matt Cutts Statement 2.3% of English-US queries are affected to the degree that a regular user might notice. The change has also finished rolling out for other languages world-wide. The scope of Penguin varies by language, e.g. languages with more web Spam will see more impact.

Google has rolled out Penguin 2.0 on 22 May, 2013. As Matt Cutts said it effects 2.3% English search queries and it is more & vary for other language sites.

The main target for penguin 2.0 is also web spam, but I really love it, because it doesn't have any -ve effect on my keywords while one keyword that was on 3rd page now it's on 1st page and 3rd position.

As of now panda 4.0 is the latest update and it focuses on promoting only websites having good quality of content.
