Nokia Lumia 920 vs iPhone 5

I have an iPhone 5 and i was reading to a blog which mentioned about Nokia Lumina 920 which is a Windows phone. I would like to know more about Nokia Lumina 920 vs iPhone 5 because i would definitely like to have two phones obviously with different operating systems.

There was specially very much good written about the wonderful camera of Nokia Lumina 920 but i also find my iPhone 5 camera pretty good. If any body of you can compare Nokia 920 Lumina vs iphone 5 side by side and tell me pros and cons of each it would be a wonderful contribution and make my purchase decision easier.

The Lumia 920 is a lot of phone. (A lot of phone.) While it may look a lot like last year's Lumia 900, component-wise there's been some serious escalation. It has a large 4.5 in IPS display at 768x1280, which is 720p with room to stretch. The body is polycarbonate, and comes in glossy white, yellow, and red, or matt gray, black, or cyan.
So I'm lover Lumia than else
