Nokia Lumia 525 vs Lumia 520

Can any body compare Lumia 525 with Nokia Lumia 520 and tell if there are any significant improvements in the 525 version from 520 . For a person who currently have Nokia 525 Lumia should they upgrade to 520 if the advantages are significant or should they wait for the next model of Lumia.

The 525 literally has more RAM and that's it. That's a good thing, but in no way is it worth upgrading from a 520 too. If you need a new phone an you're on a budget, then why not, get the 525.
