Every day I'm looking for ways to improve my company's productivity, and one of the important areas to work on is customer service. There's a lot of talk about cloud-based call center solutions that make managing calls and requests much easier. I would like to know more about how this system works and how much it helps to solve problems promptly. If you have examples of successful implementation of such technologies, please share. I wonder if they have analytics features that help to understand customers better?
