How do you usually network your business? Sometimes I still do the conventional networking like meeting people in person. I hand them my calling cards during events and in case they like my work, they could just give me a call.
 
I meet people in online communities and try to pick the ones that are best suiting my business type, speak with them, communicate for longer period of times, exchanging tactics, making projects together and so on.
 
Not actually. I've meet few people who gave me their calling cards with their blog links on it and when I tried browsing their site, theres nothing in there but a just a blog. I was expecting there must a reason to contact them and that they provide services. But there none.

I never created a calling card for its not my main business after all. I just blog because its something I like doing.
 
I usually include some form of catalog, flyer or business card whenever I send a product out to existing clients. I think this is one way that they could easily recommend me to their friends without having to explain it again and again each time they do. And so by doing this I think they would be more likely to do it. I also try to network on chat rooms and forums such as this one, since it's way easier to talk to people who are already knowledgeable and are looking for the same things that you are.
 
Going to exhibitions and trade shows are a good way to meet people within the same field of interest. You could either set up a stand yourself or go there just to chat to other people exhibiting. Bring a business card as they will always ask for you details, and you can pick up a lot of useful tips from those already in the industry.

LEO Privacy is very useful , I have friends who I let borrow my phone and they like just going through shit without asking ...I don't mind it since it's been only a month since I've bought this phone, but now that I've had it longer I have more private info stored and well, LEO Privacy really does the work on keeping my friends out , and its also awesome for the simple fact, if someone tries to intrude your phone it snaps a picture of them if they get your password wrong ,very secure. :)
