Hello Guys
My client has a restaurant and he is offering free wifi nearby his restaurant and he wants me to make a webpage when someone connects to his wifi a webpage appears which includes a welcome message from his restaurant. How I can make page like that ?

Friend you won’t find anyone guiding you for this here since everyone who knows will charge a price for that and I will suggest you that look to hire a person who is capable and let him do this otherwise if you try to do this on your own it might create many issues and instead of making it so complicated better to keep as simple as possible.

Hi friend this is a bit complicated in terms of development. And you need the app to support certain Mobile Platforms and more. Consider developing a Mobile app first, and then seek help from Server expert to configure your customer's (restaurant owner's) Server in a way that it triggers a pop message when connected, then you can configure your mobile App (to ping the webpage you design.

This is rather a complicated task and will require a mobile friendly web page (or site), well configured Server (and an Expert to achieve it) and finally a Mobile app that can be used to trigger the connection effect. Over all a complicated task, and ensure you charge a good sum of money. To me I will recommend something around 1000 $ for such a over complicated task.
