As i wrote on the other thread to another member of the forum. its always a good practice to read reviews online and ensure that the company provide a 24/7 support.
i used to be with papahost. they are really good. however we moved to keenweb only because papahost was quite slow in reply but other than that they offer a good service.
Keen web however has been a good company for us so far and we are happy with them.
