Looking for high traffic VPS

I'm looking for cheap VPS which has high power server with fast speed: 100 gbs of SSD, budget USD 40 monthly.
So any providers can check IPs of their servers for me? What web hosts can you recommend me to look at? Is Exmasters.com ok for getting vps account from? Others?
