Are backlinks on blogger comments worth much in terms of SEO and PR? Blogger itself has a high PR ranking (of course!) so adding a link on it would seem like a logical choice. However, spamming these links across may not achieve much if google doesn't value them.

Blogger is compose of different sites or blogs and in general has a high PR ranking. I have several blogs created in Blogger that don't ranked well in search engines , thus do not received that much traffic. Commenting on a blogger blog with not much traffic and no rank to speak of is not worth the effort.

Blog commenting consume much time.Instead of blog commenting I recommended blog creation and forum posting and if blog is do follow then it worth.

you can spam on comments in bloggers it can give you backlinks of your site but google may penalize you for that
