You can get a list of good social bookmarking sites of more than 3PR at vmoptions. I will suggest you to also go for domain authority of the site before submitting in the high PR bookmarking sites. As after PR update their are many sites whose PR has dropped, but holds good domain authority.

So you are the who give a proper answer but I forget to mention that I already tried all the site which is provide by them. In-fact I daily open vmoptions and submit my content in all the site which is updated recently...Are you have any other resources that provide me the same thing.

Well your answer towards this thread different. OP is looking for a social bookmarking and site and you provide him/her article submission sites. It seems you are not read the thread proparly.
