Keyword stuffing occurring unintentionally on e-commerce site ?

Hello,

I am working on a category page of an e-commerce site. I want to rank this category page for a particular keyword. This category page has almost 30 products having the same keyword in the title with slight variation. As a result my keyword density goes to 5.2 (I am using yoast plugin in WordPress which gives me this data)
so my question is " If there is an alternate solution to avoid keyword stuffing ?"

You can avoid keyword stuffing by these following simple rules
1. Write Naturally
2. Be Relevant
3. Keep in Mind Keyword Density that must be 3% of content
4. Avoid Repetition of Keywords
5. Use Long Tail Keywords
