I am a web developer and in my 24 hours i spend like 12 hours in from of my computer. Although i have tried many times to stop this addiction. Will try to change my routine and hope others forum members will help me and tell me if there is any tip in their mind.

Man i would just ask you to take a few weeks break and to to a place far away where there is not internet and see if you can get rid of internet addiction.
