Issue with CD/DVD rom

Some times I can't open the CD/DVD rom of my laptop I dont know whether its button has some issue or what but, I notice that when I move the screen of my laptop its light blinks
why this so?
 
That is a very unusual problem, the screen and the CD/DVD rom drive are completely unrelated. There is normally a small hole within the DVD drive so you can push a paperclip through it and forcibly open the drive. If you get tired of doing that then you can simply take it out and replace it. Normally it is only 1 screw holding it in and you can buy replacement on ebay.
