I believe the only way you can delete the bad links is go to the website and ask them to delete your link or if there is an option for you to delete the link yourself then you can obviously do that.

Asking the owner or webmaster of that particular website to remove your link is the only way to delete the link. But as far as google webmaster tool is concerned, you can disavow unwanted links by uploading disavow links file in webmaster tools to neutralize their harmful effects in SEO but I'm not sure whether it fully works or not.

Disavow backlinks

Download links to your site

On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.
On the Dashboard, click Search Traffic, and then click Links to Your Site.
