Is there New update in Character length of Title Tag????

Hello friends, now days I have seen that many websites are containing all their keywords( their character limit is from 100-200) in Title tag of the page, IS this helpful Because according to google rule title should be 40-60 character long.


Events in Tricity, Today events in Tricity, Panchkula Events, All Events in Tricity, Events Top Colleges in Panchkula, Best Colleges in Panchkula, Colleges in Panchkula Top Colleges in Mohali, Colleges in Mohali, Best Colleges in Mohali
Top Colleges in Chandigarh, Best Colleges in Chandigarh, Colleges in Chandigarh

I don't think so. 100- 200 word, that is so long like a page
it is unsuitable
