Is the site hacks GOOGLE.COM?

Hi,

I found a website while checking backlink for a site.

And, the site is grassroots-enterprises.com, while checking domain tool this site is mentioned "for sale".

Yesterday, it opens the website squarescan.com

Today, this site redirects to google.com

You may check the cached status of the site grassroots-enterprises.com in google results it shows Squarescan.com only.

What this website actually do?

Does it a hackers work?


Note: While linking the website it automatically takes "grassroots-enterprises.com" as Google


Need advice on this.
