Is multiple h1 tags in this case a issue?

have multiple h1 tags, usually programs like deep crawl and other SEO programs will identify multiple h1 tags is issue.

In this scenario, the h1 tag is the Model Name & the keyword "Model"

I think leaving it as it is is fine, since the keywords together matters.

What do you guys think in this case?

Yes. Excessive use of h1 tag in SEO matters. Only one h1 tag is fine to use, For the rest of headings, you can use h2, h3 or others.
