It depends on "how many" ? If you have hundreds link with just 1 kw, than yes, its very dangerous. Google will notice your site sooner or later

Yes. It's not safe to use same keyword multiple times for hyperlinking purpose. Use other keywords too.

If you read the algorithms of Google you'll get to know that an immense links on the same keyword for a particular site could result in banning of it. Google termed it as a spammy link and could penalize it after certain time. If you are using Hyper linking in a a single keyword for many times then Google will definitely treat it spammy and could delete it as well.

If you are getting genuinely and from trusted resources then it will wont affect. But yes you need to make sure that you should not make use of any black hat technique like purchase of links or anything like this.

Because is it possible to have a 10-20 links in one day. But if it will be like you have collected 1000 links in one months then something is fishhy...
