please share your views about is really no follow and do follow sites shows an effect on sites keyword ranking? Should we check is site do follow or no follow before submitting a site?

Do Follow backlinks give some authority and Link Juice to the targeting site that No-follow does not give. So it is good to have Do follow backlinks but with a mixture of some No-follow to make your site backlinks more natural.
