I would like to know, Is changing Website Design also affect Keyword Ranking ??

It,s depend on new web design, as if it,s able to attract visitors more, it automatically helps to get rank higher than earlier.

I cannot say for sure for that, but it will base on visitor's feeling. The important factor is that you still need to build quality and unique content,then apply SEO technique to increase and maintain good rank of your site.

Yes it will. If you change content on your website design it will change ranking. If you change visuals it will have a positive or negative effect on your websites user metrics which will in turn affect rankings. We at New Perspective Design have just changes all of our graphic but kept the content the same so we are expecting a positive or negative change A/B testing.
