I need advice

On sites where people are looking for work and companies are looking for new employees, there are thousands of resumes of potential candidates, but it will not be very easy to choose real specialist who will work efficiently and really try his best. I used to conduct interviews for candidates, but then I realized that it takes a lot of my time and my choice of employees doesn't always coincide with his professional qualities, because of this, some of us had problems, so I decided like many other companies contact recruitment agencies. These guys know how to find an interested candidate, any specialist and person who fully corresponds to the vacancy that you offer him.
