I faced by error when upgrade WHMCS

Hi .
When I upgrade WHMCS faced by this error :

Script timed out before returning headers: install.php, referer: [URL removed]

what is problem ? how can fix ?

I changed wait_timeout and also the max_allowed_packet on my.cnf*

wait_timeout = 2000
max_allowed_packet = 2048M

but not solved , please guide me, thanks!

Disable the firewall and give a try. If it still does not fix, the best is to contact whmcs support directly.
