How you will manage notification in Google analytic?

Well, once you sign-in through Google Analytics there is a notification icon on the top right of the screen, when you click the notification - it actually give you insight about your analytics problem or recommendation.
 
Yes, there is an icon for notification in GA. Another way to set notification is to set email alerts, you can see the email link above the report, just click on that link & by this way you can easily manage notifications.
 
This are simple steps to manage notification

1.Select the Reporting tab.
2.Navigate to any one of the Intelligence Events reports (Overview, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Events).
3.Below the bar graph, in the Custom Alerts field, click Create a Custom Alert.
4.Alert name: Enter a name for the alert. ...
