How to write a bundle to employment tribunal

1st you have to check the directions from the tribunal to see who has been ordered to do the bundle. If it is you, or both you and the opposite side, then the bundle needs to be a copy of all the documents the parties want to use as proof. It should be a joint bundle, which usually means that one side does a draft index with all the documents listed, and sends it to the other side to agree. One of you then produces six copies to rock up with on the day.
