How to unfollow a post on facebook ?

I want to unfollow a post on facebook. Get hell lots of notifications. They are of no use to me. What to do ?

On the post itself...there is a little pullow down arrow to Stop Notifications. Also on the Notification, there is usually the ability to stop following it (X under the notification).
