How to Track Google or Bing Index ?

Is anyone aware of a tool that allows you to track when Google or Bing comes to your site and index it? I know that I can see what the last indexed date was, but I want to see a track record of the frequency of Google or Bing coming to my site !

I haven't heard of a tool that allows you to track when search engines crawl your website. You can definitely check a cache copy to know when your page was crawled.
