I think you are talking about google local listing, please follow these steps to submit a link to google maps:
1. First you have to create a Gmail account or account which is already created by you and then visit the link https://www.google.com/business/.
2. And then submit all the details related to your business and after submitted all the details Google will provide you a verification code.
3. Verify this listing.
4. It will take 3 days to activate your profile on google maps.

According to Google, the information in the Knowledge Graph is derived from many sources, including the CIA World Factbook, Freebase, and Wikipedia. And i think Google or Yahoo knowledge graph is not for link promotion, You can't submit links here.
