How To Start Live Video Calls From Website

I want a way that when users visit my website and press video call it should initiate a call to our office video phone. Is this possible in one way or the other. Just to make it more clear the thing i am asking is that some website have skype buttons which you can click and the call starts. I want a similar mechanism but instead of skype call i want this website to call the office phone with video capabilities. Any suggestions or ideas on how this Live video calls from website can be achieved.
 
If you are not a skilled programmer, You gonna have a bad time :) my suggest is to use some service that You need to pay for.
