Firstly you have to find all the backlinks of your website you get this information from google webmaster or three are vaiours tools available to get spam backlinks like:-backlinkswatch,ahrefs.

You can remove back links manually if you feel those links are influencing your site's positions by sending mail to web masters. If you find any warning in Google web masters's you will find an options to remove links by web spam options. Previously there will be an options to remove links by using webmaster's disvow link tools, but it is now merged with manual web spam. So directly you can't remove such huge number of links at a time.
