How to remove Black-listed problem from website?

First of all you need to check your google webmaster for the notification.. that whether your website is blacklisted or not... once you confirmed that, then you can remove all the bad things which you have done like disavow all backlinks, write frech content and then submit your website for re-consideration to google.
