How to remove antivirus from USB port?

My USB port, most of the times, causes a lot of problems for me. There is a virus in it and it is impossible for me to figure out the correct possible way of removing it. Please help me through

I don't know what you mean that there is a virus in your USB port? I guess you mean you have a virus, and it spreads via USB. I would try avast and malwarebytes, otherwise reinstall Windows.

I think you want to remove viruses from your USB derive not from the port.. Always remember that there are no viruses in ports or buses of computer.. Virus can only attack memories..
