I buy domain name with paypal but you can make blog url seo and use some keywords in alt tags for that url. You might have to put alt tags in images in source code not sure have not used blogger in years.

I would buy web hosting paypal or cheap kvm vps and use the cheap wordpress hosting for another blog besides blogger and link to that blogs post on the blogger blog.
