Something else to keep in mind is that although the topic thread states "How to lose weight Fast". it is a process that often does not come too fast as one expects. It's quite reasonable to lose 1 pound per week which comes out to 4 pounds a month. That pace may not be deemed "fast" by many who want to lose weight but... it's more healthier to do so at a moderate level.
