Google usually indexed my sites very quick (a day or two), the problem was to promote them in the SERP once they were indexed.
 
I would use the suggestion that edwina gave you and also ping those sites that you posted or commented to help your site get indexed faster. I have found that using social media sites work best for quick indexing cause they are more active and search engines scroll those kinda of sites a lot more frequently that some article sites or blogs.
 
Indexing of new website and blog links can be done by using the paid link indexer tool. It is the best option to index your website or blog links. But if you are submitting your website for the first time then you must submit it in Google webmaster as it will help you to index all the pages of your website easily and Google will crawl it quickly as well. Until and unless, Google crawls your website it won't be visible in the Google search result.
