  3. Try to build links from High PR website that gives away very few links
  5. Create impressive contents and lots of them (and that too regularly)
  7. Always ensure a good Site structure, ensure this by having a Tree like structure for the pages on your site with the most important pages being easily accessible.

PR is outdated and only a distraction. You should now focus on Domain Authority / Page Authority & Trust Flow /Citation Flow

I completely agree with you, Google is not going to update it's Page Rank(PR) toolbar. So there is no use of struggling to increase the PR. There are various other factors, which should be looked after like Alexa rank, Authority of the website, etc.

Aside from the fact (that you should already knew about) that Google decided to stop updating its PR toolbar.
It is a bit surprising that the question is coming from you who is on its signature claimed to be as an SEO company in ind?

I agree to your point, but just because you know it well doesn't means you should not learn new ideas from others, for different people have different experts use different Strategies. What I am looking for is some new ideas or new sources to get Brand links which will help boost PR and reputation, I was just looking to hear new ideas from fellow SEOs.
